About this project
Today, disaster prevention and pollution mitigation are split across dozens of overlapping agencies. This project lays the groundwork — legal, structural, and diplomatic — for a single international agency focused on prevention rather than response.
We're convening legal scholars, former UN staff, and regional government representatives to draft the founding charter, funding model, and technical mandate.
